About this bronze sculpture

This bronze sculpture of a violinist was created by Loek Bos and depicts a musician in an expressive, humoristic pose. The work is characteristic of Bos' style, in which he captures people in their daily activities, often with a humorous and sometimes mischievous wink. The sculpture is cast in bronze and mounted on a base. The sculpture stands 41 cm tall, with the base bringing the total height to 54 cm. Musicians and other professions are recurring themes in Loek Bos' oeuvre, in which he captures the essence of their activity in expressive forms.

About Loek Bos
