The Cabinet of Thérese is a characteristic work by Herman (Hermanus) Berserik, signed 'Berserik' bottom centre and dated 1992. The work is executed in acrylic paint on board and is in good condition.

As a long-standing figure within the Hague art scene and the New Hague School, Berserik developed a style that remained recognisable yet varied throughout his career.
